Number Ones Rafael Nadal, Caroline Wozniacki In Action Today BARCELONA/STUTTGART-- Both world number ones Rafael Nadal of Spain and Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark take to the clay courts Saturday in semifinal action.

At the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell at Barcelona, Spain, Nadal meets the unseeded, 56th ranked Ivan Dodig of Croatia in the second semifinal of the day. The two players have never played each other before. Nadal is 25-4 this year.

Nadal, the defending French Open champion, has took the Paris title five of the last six years.

In the first semifinal of the day, Spaniards David Ferrer and Nicolas Almagro face-off.

And after winning Monte Carlo last week, Nadal is this week mid-way through his preparation tournaments for the year’s second of four grand slams, the French Open, which begins in late May.

Nadal, the defending French Open champion, has took the Paris title five of the last six years.

At the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix at Stuttgart, Germany, Wozniacki is set to face the unseeded, 14th ranked Agnieska Radwanska of Poland in the second semifinal scheduled.

The unseeded Julia Goerges of Germany meets the fifth seeded Samantha Stosur of Australia in the day’s first semifinal.

Wozniacki, 14-5 this year, leads Radwanska 3-1 head to head and won the pairs’ previous meeting last year at Tokyo at 5-0 when Radwanska retired from the match in the first set due to injury.

Earlier in the week Radwanska showed she was hitting good form as she upset the defending French Open champion and third seeded Francesca Schiavone of Italy 6-1, 6-3 in the second round.
