The unseeded Julia Goerges of Germany meets the fifth seeded Samantha Stosur of Australia in the day’s first semifinal.
Wozniacki, 14-5 this year, leads Radwanska 3-1 head to head and won the pairs’ previous meeting last year at Tokyo at 5-0 when Radwanska retired from the match in the first set due to injury.
Earlier in the week Radwanska showed she was hitting good form as she upset the defending French Open champion and third seeded Francesca Schiavone of Italy 6-1, 6-3 in the second round.
